2. DESIGN CONSULTATION
Once we receive your request, our design team will reach out to you for a one-on-one consultation.
We’ll go over your requirements, suggest finishes, materials, colors, and ensure your piece blends beautifully with your space. If needed, we’ll refine your concept with technical advice and visual mockups.
3. QUOTATION & APPROVAL
After the consultation, we’ll send you a tailored quote including materials, finishes, production time, and delivery estimate.
You'll also receive a final design draft or technical drawing to review. Once everything looks good and you give the green light, we’ll move into the making phase.
4. CRAFTING BEGINS
This is where the magic happens. Your furniture is handcrafted with care by experienced artisans using quality materials. We keep you updated with progress milestones so you’re part of the journey.
5. DELIVERED TO YOU
Once completed, we’ll safely pack and deliver your custom piece right to your door. Our team ensures everything arrives in pristine condition, ready to enhance your space.
